Here is Jerry Barnes' Aristocraft Mikado fitted with the Chuffer and running on his railroad in Lexington NE, in the USA.
Here are the two videos of the Accucraft 2 Cyl Shay from Ken Wright who tested the original prototype (left) and has now fitted the production prototype (right). He is very happy with the result.
And here is my test on the open cab version. As I have no 45mm track, I had to use a somewhat larger solution!
Still on the 7 1/4" gauge track, the Shay now pulls a brake van with me on it - total wiight 250 lbs and starts it on a 1:100 grade (1%).
And now here is the Shay on the Ralph Pitcher's Cathedral Mountain Railway - it is pulling 28 wagons weighing a total of 20kg.
And here again at the Cathedral Mountain Railway - this time hauling some of Ralph Pitcher's heavy US rolling stock.
